The coach will start by conducting an assessment / evaluation of where you currently stand with respect to your career graph; what are the skills that you already posses and which ones need to be developed.; including your strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This step helps to identify the areas that need the most attention and to set realistic goals.
Once the coach has a clear understanding of the client's potential & capabilities, they will work with the client to develop a customized plan to address the identified challenges. This plan will include specific strategies and tactics to increase productivity, people management, performance at work and also holistic development for future gowth.
The coach will work closely with the client to implement the plan and provide ongoing support and guidance. The coach will help the client stay on track, make progress towards their goals, and overcome any obstacles that arise. They will also provide feedback, resources and mentoring to help the client improve their professional skills and knowledge.
